Temporary Rents Administrator (Home Working)

We are recruiting for a Temporary Rents Administrator to join our client based in Southend on Sea.  This is a great opportunity to join a well-established local company on a temporary basis. After full training, this position can be home working.

You would be a confident and organised individual with a good eye for detail to join an established team. You will be required to perform administration and customer support activities which will be include some of the following:

Job Purpose:

  • Sending written letters and emails to tenants
  • Speaking to customers daily over the telephone
  • Liaising with the internal departments
  • Chasing payments
  • Help clear a backlog of administration

Job Requirements:

  • Previous office/administration experience is preferred
  • Experience and good understanding of Microsoft office suite products including, Outlook and Word.  Also including the company CRM (Training will be given)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Willing to work hard, in a team, be flexible both with your hours worked and tasks required.
  • After training, this role will become home working.

 

Job Type:        Full Time, Temporary Assignment (8-9 Weeks)

Area:                Southend on Sea, Essex

Hours:             9am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary:             £9.50 Per Hour
