Support Administrator – Southend

Are you experienced in Customer Service and Admin looking for a new permanent opportunity? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with our successful client in Southend who are looking for an Enterprise Support Administrator

Role

To provide effective and efficient administration and real time customer support to the Customer Service - Enterprise Team, enabling an exceptional level of service to Customers.

Salary - £19,000 + Bonus upto £250.00 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order processing for Enterprise accounts from receipt through to completion
  • Ensuring orders are dispatched and received
  • Following bespoke order processes – this may vary depending on the account
  • Utilising and adapting templates to provide updates internally and externally
  • Working the case list chronologically
  • Setting tasks for the Customer Service Account Managers where required
  • Action administrative changes on Enterprise Accounts and internal systems
  • Ad-hoc support to Enterprise Accounts for urgent and/or larger scale tasks
  • Perform credit checks for new Customer accounts
  • Time management, due to the variety and importance of the role responsibilities
  • Attention to detail as processes will vary on accounts
  • Liaising with different departments to fulfil the task in hand
