Due to expansion, our Client are recruiting dedicated Sales Executives to join their growing team at their modern offices in central Chelmsford with free on-site parking and excellent transport links.

£22,000 basic (reviewed after successful probation) + commission OTE £36,400

The Role

You will work alongside several colleges offering out level 2 and/or level 3 fully funded qualifications to schools, nurseries, and businesses to help individuals progress and develop within their existing roles or for personal development to fulfil their potential.

These courses include subjects such as Mental health 1st Aid, Young people’s mental health and wellbeing and Children’s challenging behaviours.

This is not your typical telesales role; you will need to be prepared and confident to have a challenging conversation and to adapt and tailor your conversational style to educate whilst always remaining professional.

We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills, and the confidence to hold good telephone conversations and to create long-term relationships, along with an exciting growing team!

Responsibilities

  • Searching for, acquiring, and building new relationships with relevant business contacts including existing clients and calling new prospective clients by telephone and email.
  • Warm calling existing learner databases of schools and businesses
  • Make effective, highly professional outbound calls
  • Present new products and services to clients and enhance existing relationships.
  • Ensuring that the pipeline business is proactively managed.
  • Achieve set KPI's and Sales targets with a pro-active approach
  • Ability to works towards KPI’s, hit targets, and exceed sales targets
  • Work well as part of a team and collectively
  • Self-motivated and target/results driven
