Sales & Bids Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator / Coordinator to work for our client based in Southend on Sea. This will suit someone that is an accomplished, confident, and organised administrator looking for a varied role with good attention to detail with an ability to manage a large and varied range of activities.

Responsibilities

Training will be provided.

  • Responsible for completing PQQs, tenders, accreditation, and sub-contractor questionnaires
  • Answering calls to the Sales office and dealing with emails coming into the ‘info’ email box. Supporting the Line Manager in the support of the TSCs nationally
  • Supporting the Directors with various ad hoc administration requests
  • Ability to time manage to ensure deadlines are hit continually and to ensure customer relationships are maintained at the highest level

Job Specific Functions

  • Taking sales enquiries by telephone and email
  • Review enquiries from Tenders Direct
  • Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for TSC’s/Tender Team
  • Complete tenders, liaise with client (with support from Tender Team) and return with required information by deadline
  • Complete Sub Contractor questionnaires/Insurance Questionnaires for TSC’s
  • Update Pre-Qualification Questionnaires /Tenders log spreadsheet
  • Update online registrations through client emails & customer portals for TSC’s clients
  • Arrange for Clients policies to be agreed signed by a Director
  • Client Agreements: make sure agreement question form is completed by TSC for T&C’s/Site Guidelines / H&S Guidelines before passing to Director to sign
  • Website lead data collection
  • Positive approach in supporting colleagues around the company

Job Type:    Permanent , Full Time

Area:            Leigh on Sea, Essex

Salary:        Paying up to £27,000 per annum

Hours:        Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Working an option after probation)
