Sales Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new position with room for progress and to develop? If so, our client based in Rayleigh are looking for a new Sales Administrator to join their busy team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  •  Receiving incoming calls from customers, taking verbal orders and with day- to-day queries
  • Processing orders and entering on to our order system, ready for dispatch and invoicing
  • Supporting external sales representatives, to drive both customer relations and sales growth
  • Producing customer quotations and price lists
  • Liaising with purchasing to maintain stock levels and assist in the purchasing

 Knowledge & Skills will include:

  • Previous sales administration experience essential
  • Speaking over the telephone & making calls to provide a high level of customer support
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Up sell & negotiation skills whilst building a rapport with customers
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to a varied and challenging role

Salary between £23,000 - £25,000

8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
