Looking for a new position in the Southend area

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to join one of our clients as a Property Administrator.

The role will be cross-departmental, aiding both the subletting and property management teams. The role would suit a highly organised individual with strong written skills and will provide a superb foundation for further progression within the business.  

Main functions:

  • To administer all subletting enquiries for the business.
  • Maintaining a database with accurate and up to date information.
  • Answering correspondence in email and letters
  • Dealing with customers over the telephone and taking accurate information of their details
  • Reviewing leases, liaising with both in-house and external solicitors and negotiating files
  • Producing licences and other legal documents 
  • Providing full administrative assistance to the property management team when required.
  • General team and office assistance including reception coverage (during holidays) and general telephone enquiries.

Skills:

  • Highly organised and comfortable working to deadlines 
  • Strong written and grammatical skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence at all levels
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong IT skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism

  

Qualifications:

-Degree 

-3 A*-C A level grades

-A minimum of 5 A*-C GCSE’s particularly in the core subjects of English, Maths and Science

-Knowledge of the property industry is desirable but not essential.

-Full training will be provided for the role.

Mon- Fri 9am-5:30pm
