We are representing one of the UK's most well-respected membership organisations in the search for an experienced Product Delivery Manager with a track record of product development/delivery, working cross-functionally, and effective team management.


This exciting opportunity reports into the Customer Services Director and carries responsibility for managing the development and delivery of the learning, events, and compliance products for the organisation UK-wide.

Main purpose of the role and key tasks:


  • Manage the delivery of the learning, events, and compliance products for the organisation. The team will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of all paid for products, including the management of third-party suppliers and contractors who provide branded products.
  • Ensure the Product delivery team identify and develop new products and services that better serve the customer and ensure the needs of members are met
  • Track, measure and report on customer satisfaction
  • Provide day-to-day management of the product delivery function
  • Responsible for the delivery of all products, virtual and physical or a combination of both
  • Responsible for the delivery of all virtual and physical events, except major/flagship events.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product development standards teams to ensure the products are delivered with the highest standard of customer satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure technology and resources are used to their maximum potential and are fit-for-purpose.
  • Establish plans to drive team efficiencies without diminishing member/customer experience
  • Provide feedback and insight to the wider organisation to ensure products meet customer need and relevance
  • Monitoring cost and expenditure for the delivery of all responsibilities
  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by members and customers, escalating appropriate complaints to the formal complaints procedure


The successful candidate will have:


  • Established team leadership and management skills, that maximise team working and performance, whilst ensuring the organisation’s values are upheld
  • Proven success of working in either a product development or delivery function
  • Demonstrable ability to manage cost lines and budgets, tracking and creating reports accordingly
  • High attention to detail and process reform to ensure maximum efficiency and the best customer journey is maintained or created
  • Ability to coach and develop team members where required, to maximise the team members’ potential and ensure the organisation meets agreed targets
  • A cross-functional team working ethos is essential for the Product Delivery Manager in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This should include the ability to discuss both business and recruitment matters with members and customers, whilst maintaining the best possible relationships
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and establish ways to level peaks and troughs of activity
  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills
  • Willingness to travel around the UK regularly as required
