We are representing one of the UK's most well-respected membership organisations in the search for an experienced Product Delivery Executive with a track record of successfully working in a relevant customer service or product delivery environment.


This exciting opportunity reports into the Customer Services Manager and carries responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the learning, events, and compliance products for the organisation UK wide.

Main purpose of the role and key tasks:

  • To provide day-to-day administration of the product delivery function to meet the needs of members
  • Deliver all products both virtual and physical or a combination of both
  • Deliver all organised events both virtual and physical
  • Identify process changes and efficiencies that positively improve the member or customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints thoroughly and escalate where appropriate
  • Maintaining a database of customer information (CRM)
  • Escalate inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Assist customers with registration or enrolments and check product or service availability
  • Provide feedback and insight to the wider organisation to help ensure current and new products meet customer need and relevance


The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven success of working in a customer service or product delivery function
  • High attention to detail to ensure maximum efficiency and the best customer journey is maintained or created
  • A cross-functional team working ethos is essential in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This should include the ability to discuss both business and recruitment matters with members and customers, whilst maintaining the best possible relationships
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and establish ways to level peaks and troughs of activity
  • Good IT and report writing skills
  • Willingness to travel around the UK regularly as required
