Job Description

We are representing one of the UK's most well-respected membership organisations in the search for an experienced Partnership Liaison Officer with a track record of successfully working in a relevant relationship and service management environment.

 

This exciting opportunity reports into the Liaison Manager and carries responsibility for managing the team's engagement between members and the Restart scheme, part of the Government’s ‘Plan for Jobs’, delivered on behalf of the DWP.

Main purpose of the role and key tasks:

  • Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded where possible. This will primarily be done by liaising between members and the partnering organisation’s team in a professional and timely manner. Furthermore, taking ownership of each liaison point to ensure that the opportunity for all parties is fully achieved
  • Driving engagement
    • Arranging/supporting Local/regional events
    • Promoting the arrangement at other membership events, potentially including local forums
    • Identifying joint publicity/promotion opportunities
    • Promoting partnership on a one-to-one basis with other members
    • Act as voice for the commercial recruitment sector
  • Helping onboard members in order to maximise the scheme
    • Fielding initial enquiries
    • Assisting with paperwork (agreements)
  • Contribute to continual improvement and development of engagement plans in order to raise service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in specific campaigns - Helping partnership organisation teams to develop and manage large scale recruitment campaigns and associated routeways
  • MI/Data analysis support - This will involve collating and sharing appropriate research/data with the Liaison Manager and/or key contacts within the partnership organisation. This data will have specific regard to both National and the CPA within your remit.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a high-quality customer service role
  • Experience of identifying and managing areas on concern or poor service
  • Relationship management skills - responsible for liaison between membership and partner organisation
  • Discernible understanding of the Recruitment sector
  • Excellent communicator – as the primary contact for all members’ including verbal, written, presentational and the use of social media
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and establish ways to level peaks and troughs of activity
  • Willingness to travel around the UK regularly as required, including regular visits to the London office.
