Job Description

We are representing one of the UK's most well-respected membership organisations in the search for an experienced Partnership Liaison Manager with a track record of successfully working in a relevant relationship and service management environment.

This exciting opportunity reports into the Customer Services Director and carries responsibility for managing the team's engagement between members and the Restart scheme, part of the Government’s ‘Plan for Jobs’, delivered on behalf of the DWP.

Main purpose of the role and key tasks:

  • Manage a team covering London, South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire regions and ensure that all objectives, targets and KPIs are met
  • Oversee and develop the Restart Liaison Officer where required ensuring they are integrated into the team
  • Provide MI/Data analysis.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded where possible by liaising between members and partner organisation.
  • Taking ownership and providing an escalation point for all liaison points to ensure that opportunities are fully achieved
  • Driving engagement
    • Arranging/supporting Local/regional events
    • Promoting the arrangement at other member events, potentially including local forums
    • Identifying joint publicity/promotion opportunities
    • Promoting partnership on a one-to-one basis with other members
    • Act as voice for the commercial recruitment sector
  • Helping onboard members in order to maximise the Restart scheme
    • Fielding initial enquiries
    • Assisting with paperwork (agreements)
  • Contribute to continual improvement and development of engagement plans in order to raise service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in specific campaigns - helping the partner organisation to develop and manage large scale recruitment campaigns and associated routeways

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Team leadership or team management capabilities
  • Discernible understanding of the Recruitment sector
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a high-quality customer service role
  • Experience of identifying and managing areas on concern or poor service
  • Relationship management skills
  • Excellent communicator – verbal, written, presentational and the use of social media
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and establish ways to level peaks and troughs of activity
  • Willingness to travel around the UK regularly as required, including regular visits to the London office.
