Job Description

OnetoOne are representing a growing groundworks company based in Rayleigh, Essex for the hire of their Office Manager. This is an important role for this business and is particularly relevant for a dynamic individual who can work under their own initiative and assist with the development of the business. This position will have the potential for personal development and the opportunity to work with a close-knit dynamic team.

Day to day duties will include: 

  • Prepare and send documents to clients in respect of business matters
  • Manage office-based systems as required
  • To accompany the Director on some occasions to client meetings
  • Set up/manage systems and processes in dealing with the day to day matters of running a busy office
  • Set up/manage IT based filling systems
  • Manage companywide training processes
  • Monitor and update compliance measures relative to business processes
  • Experienced with a range of IT based systems – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. with a willingness to learn other IT based systems as needed, with a dynamic approach to produce other support documents as required
  • Produce and monitor policies and procedures as required
  • Manage HR matters as required.

 

Formal qualifications are not a requirement, however experience in the administration of small/medium sized businesses would be a definite advantage. The role holder will report directly to the Director, but likely to liaise and work with other key members of the team. Experience within compliance and social media awareness (practical skills) would be advantageous
