Job Description

Our client, a 'Not for Profit' membership organisation with offices throughout the UK is currently seeking a Membership Coordinator to join their South London based offices. 

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to prioritise a very busy work load within a buzzing and dynamic work environment.

As a valuable member of the Membership Team, you will be managing a high volume of incoming enquires received via email, telephone and also postal enquiries.  The role requires you to be comfortable working in a reactive environment managing a variety of different queries and requests.  As such you will need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal and will be a competent PC user.  Ideally you will have experience of using MS Office Outlook alongside Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  You will also be trained to use the in-house database to update membership information. As such, a good attention to detail is of paramount importance.
