You will be required to lead the design, development and change of client organisations. We are looking for a specialist with experience in an internal or external consulting role, around organisation design, evaluation of how people are organised and the development or change of organisations (organisational change management) in partnership with client leadership teams. 

The successful applicant will have experience of managing a variety of organisational change projects and designing/developing organisations with performance as a focus, having been able to measure the impact of organisation improvements/changes/development on performance.

This role can be considered as part time or full time. For a full time role there will need to be additional contributions from a new business perspective. 

It would be advantageous to have previous experience of managing your own engagements with basic project management discipline.
