HR Marketing Assistant

We are pleased to be working with our London based Client within the Legal system recruiting for a HR Marketing Assistant with outstanding communication skills to join their Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next move with a minimum of 1 year’s work experience, training will be given and once trained the following responsibilities will shape your working day.

The Role 

HR Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the Pupillage and Mini-Pupillage schemes
  • Co-ordinate internships and work experience programmes
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
  • Assist with the recruitment process by booking interviews, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
  • Keeping the HR Database up to date
  • Assisting with the administration of the annual employee performance appraisal process
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
  • Assisting with administrative matters in relation to Equality & Diversity
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Undertaking any other HR administrative duties as required by line management.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain marketing mailing lists on the client database
  • Assist the marketing team with legal directories administration
  • Administering and managing all professional people photography and business cards
  • Assist with events preparation (e.g. creating name badges) where required
  • Assist the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive on other marketing projects as required.

Person Specification:

You are expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time management skills be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatise to a fast-paced environment.

The Package

  • Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30 pm
  • £23,000 + Bens, Pension, Healthcare, Dental Plan
  • 25 Days Holiday plus bank Hols
  • Hybrid working after a completed probation
  • Offices are near to Temple Station
