Internal Sales Administrator

A leading national distributor of fixings based in the Wickford, Essex area. Established in 2004 we supply a comprehensive range of nails, screws and associated products to the building, timber & fencing merchants across the UK. Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly organised, hardworking, and self-motivated individual to join our busy internal sales team.


Key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming calls from customers, taking verbal orders and with day-to-day queries • Processing orders and entering on to our order system, ready for dispatch and invoicing • Supporting external sales representatives, to drive both customer relations and sales growth • Producing customer quotations and price lists • Liaising with purchasing to maintain stock levels and assist in the purchasing process.


Knowledge & Skills will include:

• Previous sales administration experience essential • Speaking over the telephone & making calls to provide a high level of customer support • Computer literate with Microsoft Office • Upsell& negotiation skills whilst building a rapport with customers • Able to multi-task and adapt to a varied and challenging role.


Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary up to £25kpa
