UKI Sales Specialist – Endoscopy Services

North/Central UK

Are you experienced in Sales & Business Development and looking for a full-time, work from home opportunity? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity with our successful client for an Endoscopy Sales Specialist.


  • Salary £45,000, plus commission and car allowance
  • Royal London Pension - 5% employer contribution
  • Death in Service Scheme after probation - 4 times salary
  • Maternity - 21 weeks full enhanced maternity pay, this is inclusive of Statutory Maternity pay. Plus, after the employee has returned from Maternity Leave for 3 months, a 10% bonus will be paid, (with a commitment to work for 6 months plus).



  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all Endoscopy services. (Maintenance Services, Manged Services & Modernisation Service, Managed Equipment Service & Interim solutions)
  • Develop a “consultative” & “Solutions” approach to developing Endoscopy Dept Managed Service opportunities
  • Achieve territory sales and margin targets, retaining and growing recurring revenue streams.
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver solutions at the sales and tender stages that optimise Althea’s commercial position (collaborating with the Business Development and operations teams as appropriate)
  • To deliver sustainable, profitable Company sales growth against territory target, through effective account management of existing business and development of new business
  • Research and prepare business cases including P&L for new business opportunities using the data captured in the pre-intelligence information
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and opinion leaders to secure new and existing business
  • Create business plans that reflect strategy for achieving targets and company objectives
  • Develop and deliver endoscopy modality-specific sales and marketing activities in collaboration with the Business Development endoscopy team that lead to the achievement of revenue targets within the overall Business Plan
  • Provide clinical and technical endoscopy modality support to customer-facing Regional Sales and Account Managers including face-to-face meetings across endoscopy services including but not limited to managed services, maintenance, integrated consumables management service, and equipment sales and rentals


  • Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets
  • Comprehensive sales and bid support within modality as well as specific clinical/modality engagement
  • Developed modality level business plan input
  • Customer business case development support and assisting opportunities to market
  • Bid and quotation success rates
  • Modality financial performance across all products and services as per Business Plan
  • Continuous improvement of products and service
  • Collaborative working with the operations team with the modality
  • 5 years of demonstrable track record within a relevant clinical modality
  • Endoscopy clinical operations
