Endoscopy Sales Consultant/Specialist

Are you an experienced Sales Consultant, specialising in Endoscopy Services and looking for a full-time, work from home opportunity? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity with our successful client.

Benefits

  • Salary £55,000, plus commission and car allowance
  • Royal London Pension - 5% employer contribution
  • Death in Service Scheme after probation - 4 times salary
  • Maternity - 21 weeks full enhanced maternity pay, this is inclusive of Statutory Maternity pay. Plus, after the employee has returned from Maternity Leave for 3 months, a 10% bonus will be paid, (with a commitment to work for 6 months plus).

Responsibilities

  • Undertake short-term or long-term endoscopy focussed projects to address a variety of customer issues and needs
  • Lead engagement with all staff groups associated with Endoscopy Services, including, operational, estates, finance, clinical, decontamination, divisional managers etc.
  • Use of structured interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
  • Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
  • Compile written reports and present and explain findings to appropriate executives
  • Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
  • Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
  • Liaise with internal team to develop Managed Service contract
  • Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change
  • Develop close relationship with key decision makers particularly at C-suite level

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of endoscopy services and a willingness to keep abreast of advancements
  • Thorough knowledge of all current issues affecting endoscopy services
  • Ability to develop details proposals and plans
  • Analytical and creative
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Proven experience of compiling business plans and proposals focussed on endoscopy
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
  • Previous commercial experience ideally in endoscopy related sales/servicePrevious endoscopy operational management experience
