Are you an enthusiastic Data Cleanser, looking to work for an award-winning business?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within one of the leading security companies in the UK, who are currently going through a major recruitment drive and are now looking for a Data Cleanser/Lead Generator to join their Sales and Marketing department in Basildon.

You must have a friendly, can-do attitude that can work on your own initiative, as well as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities
•    Overall responsibility and accountability for the quality of business data
•    Ensure the customer database are updated and accurately captured in system
•    Obtain data from various Social Media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
•    Research ways to obtain client data for various sectors within the business
•    Take ownership of operational plan to build, execute, measure, and optimise lead generation activities that deliver qualified leads to our sales teams and drive revenue
•    Design and drive strategy to optimise conversion rates
•    Work directly with Sales teams and Marketing on coordinated marketing and sales activities to ensure teams work together to target best-fit accounts and turn them into customers
•    Develop deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles across segments, and how our products and services serve these profiles
•    Identify where and when pipeline opportunities need attention and address them
•    Carry out other ad hoc duties that assigned by the management

Ideal Candidate
•    Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
•    Excel in data analysis and data maintenance
•    Knowledge in Microsoft Excel 
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Comfortable to handle high volume of data
•    Capable to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Required Qualifications
•    Understanding of data quality and cleansing processes
•    Proactive at identifying and correcting data quality issues

Preferred Qualifications
•    Strong knowledge of information management and data quality 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
•    Clear process improvement focus, systematic and organised
•    Strong analytical skills: able to analyse problems and devise viable solutions
