Customer Service Representative – Southend on Sea
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation as a Customer Service Representative.
This role is suitable for someone with experience working in a customer service/call centre role, resolving customer queries and complaints in a polite and friendly manner.
Your main responsibilities will include dealing with order queries over the phone, via email and other customer contact portals.
You will also be responsible for providing best in class customer service experience to existing and prospective customers.
Must be PC Literate.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on site
