Commercial Support Co-ordinator

Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm

Flexibly hybrid working is available after initial probation

Up to to £24,000 per annum plus bens

The Role

Working within a dynamic commercial operations team, the Commercial Support Coordinator will provide multi departmental support to the Commercial back-office teams in the UK from our Clients site in Southend, Essex.  These include the Sales Support, Customer Support and Customer Service team functions.

This varied and interesting new role has been newly created and will comprise two days administration support in the Service Customer Support team and three days working with the Commercial team , you will be working on various admin tasks consisting of processing purchase orders, sample orders for Account Managers and answering phone calls during busy periods.   

The successful candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and provide the best service to the support teams.

Responsibilities

 

Skills

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, Word & Excel
  • Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent, to include English and Maths  
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and be confident speaking with customers and colleagues over the phone
