Job Description

Our client, a Trade Association who have been running successfully for over 40 years are seeking a professional Business Development and Membership Manager for their South London based office. 

This will be a highly varied role incorporating marketing, event promotion and the development of new members and the member services offered.


Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and updating membership information both on the website and literature sent out to members.

- Managing all incoming member and stakeholder enquiries - both telephone and email correspondence.

- Organising, promoting and attending events throughout the UK in order to target potential new customers / members.

- Email marketing.


In order to be considered for this role you must have the following:

- Previous membership management experience.

- Previous business development experience both face to face and via telephone.

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Work, Excel & PPT.

- Experience of using a CRM.
